Dave, that sounds about right about winning most
of these types of competition. Of course, I won't
complain that much because I've often had enough help in
winning those types of contests.
There is a lot of
team trivia competitions here, sure, but it doesn't
mean they're all that good. Then again, I went to a
halfway decent one here for a long time until my usual
trivia partner had her nights off changed.
With
that said, if a bunch of Atlanta folks want to get
together for NTN (or another team trivia contest), I'm
game.
Hmm, wonder what would happen if we
unleashed some of our quizbowl questions on the bar trivia
world? I suppose the trash would go over well, but what
about the other stuff????
