Sadly enough there is scientific merit to this
comment. As much as I hate to drag anything I actually
learned in a class into the quizbowl arena: this is what
is known as a realistic job preview, giving both the
positive and the negative info about a "job". They
increase satisfaction and decrease turnover and
absenteeism- just a thought for next year's recruiting cycle.
Be honest, then when the s*** hits the fan they
won't be surprised and will stick around.
