Well, at least in Orange County, California and
Clark County, Nevada (that I know of), Kiwanis Bowl
uses the "Give and Take" format for round two of its
competition.
The moderator announces five bonus categories, and
the team behind gets to take one for themselves and
give one to the other team. Then the other team gets
to do the same with the three remaining categories.
The problem is: One category always remains
hidden.
