In standard OSSAA format here in Oklahoma, there are
two 60-second rounds (2nd and 4th quarters) and the
60-second rounds are inverted; that is, the team that is
AHEAD has the option of selecting first in the second
quarter or waiting to select first in the 4th quarter
(i.e., each team picks first once).
In addition,
there are no rebounds for missed 60-second round
questions.
