The final due date to register or submit team
packets without penalty for Capitol Punishment III is
tomorrow, July 14th. We ask that people submitting
freelance packets submit them by the 21st. Teams may
register for CP3 late, but must register with a packet,
and that packet must be beyond reproach. Guidelines
