There's nothing that you can do to get ready. I
went to the tryouts last week and it's all a bunch of
rubish. They make their decision on who to send to the
2nd round based on how well you introduce yourself.
The written test only validates their initial
reaction, and even then it doesnt count for much. I know
that I did very well on the test and didnt get picked
while a guy two seats down left HALF of the test blank
and only got picked b/c in his intro he stood on the
table. So, I guess in order to get ready for the
tryouts, prepare to stand on the table :)
