As often happens with sweeping declarations,
immediately after posting that, I happened to look at the one
tournament result that I didn't glance over when composing
the first message, which led to me finding scores
which perfectly matched what was posted. So the numbers
are for real, but the allegations still need more
substance. I'm not going to post the name here, I've still
seen no evidence of any cheating.
