Possible solutions

Here's what we need to do.

How hard is it
to password-protect the Stanford Archive, and just
give the password to anyone who wants it? How many
spies can Mr. Beall have?

Secondly, kick him
out of this club, there's no need for a jury trial.
He owned up to this thing the last time and removed
the question.

Steve correctly pointed out that
proving any damage other than de minimis is highly
unlikely, so we need to take our own steps to protect
ourselves. We should stop ranting every time he inevitably
pulls this stunt and take some proactive steps to keep
it from happening again.
