I don't know if it's worth protecting the
Stanford Archive. Who knows if he hasn't already
downloaded copies of the questions and is just taking from
them at will? I will suggest that future submissions
should be suspended, restricting anyone who wishes to
share questions to the qbtrade group. Of course, anyone
who joins that group must be required to put up
questions from their own tournaments, but the membership is
moderated.
