Actually, I changed my mind on how I'm doing
this... new formula:
Each team starts with a base.
That base is as follows:
Circuit team =
5
CBI-only = 3
Made-up = 1
If the team has
finished in the top four of a tournament (regionals
counts) they get a +1. They then get a +1 for each
vote.
Yeah, that's it.
