Re: Quick Reflection on the 2002 ACF Reg

I'm not sure what you're referring to in my
packet Edmund. Here are the only three clues (all in
bonuses) that mentioned things not "academic" in nature.

An event horizon bonus part:
It is defined as the
radius that a spherical mass must be compressed to in
order to transform it into a black hole, or the radius
at which time and space switch responsibilities.
Once inside it, escape is theoretically impossible,
but maybe Laurence Fishburne and Sam ONeill have
something to say about it.

A Sense and Sensibility
bonus part:
He never jacked up three pointers for
Iowa State but he did break Marianne Dashwoods heart
by marrying Sophia Grey for money in Sense and
Sensibility.

and a Jean Piaget bonus part:
Both Gilligan and
Kohlberg built upon the moral development theories of this
Swiss psychologist, who formulated a four-step
description of childhood development. If you look at old ACF
packets you might know that he wrote papers on the albino
sparrow and mollusks as a young boy.

Now the first
two just used trashy clues, and the third despite how
it was phrased rewards biographical knowledge that
is in no way meta-qb. It would be like referencing
Benjamin Spock or Jesse Helms with their olympic medals.
Besides all the information is factual and the most
important facts were included.

Maybe you should look
something over, before you blindly rush to criticize it, or
include it in your criticism. Now if you're referring to
some other nasty, mysterious Meta-QB references in my
packet, I'd be happy to have you point them out to
me.
