I may not speak for all, but some people on the
board post some of the most off-topic things
imagineable. Do I really care about Fantasy Baseball? This is
a club about Quiz Bowl, not about how well Jason
Giambi will play this year. Also, some other posts are
better left to conventional email. If you need to tell
someone thank you, couldn't you just email them and tell
them that? Is it really necessary to show everyone how
gratuitous you are?
I have Yahoo! Quiz Bowl Message
posts sent to my eemail address. Unnecessary posts like
"thank you" and "what team do you think will do well
this year" are pointless.
