The University of Virginia, or UVA, is a public university in Charlottesville, Virginia. Throughout the 2010s, UVA had one of the strongest quiz bowl teams in the country, especially under Matt Bollinger between 2010 and 2015.
UVA placed fifth at the 2023 ICT in Rosemont, Illinois. The 2023 ICT team consisted of Itamar Naveh-Benjamin, Joseph Chambers, Gio Mazzeo, and David Bass.
