Noelle played for El Reno High School from 2020-2022, following her transfer from Mount Saint Mary's in Oklahoma City. They helped El Reno qualify for the 5A OSSAA State Championship, where the team finished in seventh place. She also captained El Reno's B team at the 2021 Oklahoma State NAQT Tournament where they placed 13th individually. During her senior year, although El Reno failed to qualify for the OSSAA State Championship, she captained El Reno B and placed fourth, second, and eighth individually at the 3 tournaments they competed in that year. Note that all HS stats are under her deadname.

Playing on Redlands' A team, she helped the team to first-place finishes at the 2022 Garden City Invitational and the 2022 Snow Bowl. They also grabbed first-place honors for individual scoring at both tournaments.

She averaged a career high 87 PPG throughout the preliminary rounds and helped OSU to a 6-1 record in the prelims but would not replicate that success in the playoffs. After Oklahoma State split into 2 short-handed teams at the last minute for ACF Fall in 2024, she scored 70.59 PPG in the prelims, winning 1st individually by less than a point above 2nd place. She left Oklahoma State after the school year due to family issues. She remains active in the quiz bowl scene in the state and is focusing her quiz bowl career on eventually coaching at the high-school level.
