Cardiff had competed on and off sending occasional teams to tournaments like 2019 British Student Quiz Championships, 2022 MRNA Vaccine and 2022 Spring Novice.
Cardiff won the Southern mirror of 2025 ACF Fall at Cambridge with a team of Oliver Morten, Rick Line, Aeron Wheel and Harri Slaughter, with a 10-1 record and a 5-point victory over Cambridge B in the final. Cardiff A came third overall at the 2025 Scarlet Houseknight UK Mirror with a 9-2 record.
