LSESU Quiz Club is the quiz society and nascent Quizbowl team at the London School of Economics (LSE).
History
Although the society has existed since 2016, efforts to send teams to quizbowl tournaments began in 2023, spearheaded by Albert Nyang Ying Zhi. LSE has had a strong 2024-25 season, placing 2nd at ACF Winter, and 3rd at Arcadia, ACF Regionals and BSQC, as well as hosting the highly chaotic mirror of Spring Novice, perhaps the first known occasion where a building has flooded while a quizbowl tournament was being played inside.
