Eric Kwartler was a quizbowl player from the University of Texas and a member of ACF. He is known for editing ACF Fall three times, twice serving as co-head editor, and for other tournaments like MATTE, Penn Bowl 2007, and the disastrous ECSO.
When he puts on a suit, he becomes E. Eric Kwartler, ACF spokesman.
