Luke Tierney is a Chicago player. In high school, he played for Hunter and was club president. He was named a member of the Second Team for the 2016 HSQBRank All-World Teams and of the first team for the 2017 teams. Tierney led Hunter to win the 2017 HSNCT and was a member of its 2016 HSNCT championship team.
