The University of Texas at Dallas (also Texas-Dallas or UT-Dallas) is a public research school and part of the University of Texas system. At some time it appears they had great success in the late 90's behind the play of Robert Margolis, including a 5th place finish at the 1998 ICT. Texas-Dallas does not currently field a quizbowl team, though they were hosts of the 2014 Aiming for the Stars - African American Male Academic Bowl
