Finished second at the Questions Unlimited state championship and third at the NAC. NAC team was Michael Friedman, Erik Kwei, Chris Frankel, Alex Wright, and Robby Gutmann, and coached by Ted Curry and Alice Nelson. This was the first St. John's team to attend a real national, finishing tenth at the HSNCT and setting the stage for their NAQT win the following year.
