The 2016 NAQT Ontario Provincials were held in March at the University of Toronto and were directed by Patrick Liao.

Results
Lisgar A cleared the field with a 10-1 record, with Merivale placing second and giving Lisgar their only loss. Jacky Li from Woburn was the top scorer.
