Centennial High School is a high school in Ellicott City, Maryland. Known for its large club size and feeder programs at Burleigh Manor Middle School and Centennial Lane Elementary School, Centennial is one of the major competitors in the Mid-Atlantic circuit.

Since 2005, Centennial has hosted an annual tournament in the fall, which is the largest in the DC metro area. Centennial's tournament used It's Academic-style speed check questions until 2010. In 2011, Chris Ray helped the school write and edit its own "good quizbowl" set, and in 2012 the school drew 66 teams in two divisions to compete on an NAQT A-set. It is thought that the consistently large field sizes of Centennial's tournament stem from its yearly physical mailing of schools across the region.

Centennial allegedly holds the current record for most points scored in an It's Academic game 935 which they achived in 2000.
