Conserve School has been fielding a quizbowl team since its founding in 2002. Under its founding coach, Phil Blessman, Conserve won Wisconsin State Championships in 2003 and 2004, and hosted several tournaments during these two seasons, drawing teams from as far as Milwaukee (Rufus King) and the Chicago suburbs (Maine South). Conserve was also able to win two major Illinois Frosh/Soph tournaments in 2004. The Eagles also attended NAQT HSNCT in 2003 and 2004. At the 2004 HSNCT the Eagles had the curious honor of being the 5-5 team with the highest PP20TUH average. Since 2004, Conserve has been coached by Paul McLeod.
