Elgin Academy is a K-12 school located in Elgin, Illinois. The current Scholastic Bowl coach at Elgin Academy is Jorge Sanchez, an IHSSBCA member who was named 2022 IHSSBCA Class 1A Coach of the Year.
In 2022, Elgin Academy won its first Masonic State Championship in Class 1A. Later the team got 11th place in NAQT Small School Nationals.
The current Elgin Academy scholastic bowl club president is Gary Wang. Wang co-captains the school's A team with Katerine Sept.
