Each year's Saturday overlapped the Official Atlanta Caribbean Carnival, causing a 2013 attempt to adjust the tournament's lunch break to minimize the parade's distracting impact on the tournament. The 2014 MSNCT and CCCT were held in Atlanta but at Hilton Atlanta, across the street from Hyatt Regency.
