James Monroe High School is located in Fredericksburg, VA and participates in VHSL Scholastic Bowl and Battle of the Brains.
In the mid-2000s James Monroe won two VHSL Scholastic Bowl state titles (2005 in the A division and 2009 after being bumped up to AA). JM also became a regular top-finishing team at BoB.
