He is a member of the UIUC Laboratory High School A Team and the class of 2021. He has played for the Uni A team since 2017. His strongest areas are biology, geography, and history, with some generalist coverage in other areas. He placed 4th at the 2018 Scobol Solo and was the lead scorer on Uni's 2019 HSNCT team that placed second at the tournament. In 2020, he was a member of the Illinois A team scheduled to compete at NASAT before the tournament's cancellation. Later that year, he became the first player from Downstate Illinois to win the New Trier Scobol Solo.
