Omkar Venkatesh played for Clayton High School from 2012 to 2016. He started quizbowl during his freshman year, attending one tournament from 2012-2014.
In 2015, he led Clayton to its first state championship at the 2015 MSHSAA State Championship, placing as the top individual scorer.
In his third tournament, he led Clayton to a 3rd place finish at WUHSAC XVIII, ranking as the third individual scorer.
