Pilot Grove High School is a school in Pilot Grove, Missouri, about 30 miles west of Columbia. Pilot Grove has been a frequent attendee of Missouri Quizbowl Alliance tournaments longer than most other small schools in Missouri.

As of 2017, Pilot Grove has attended MSHSAA State 14 times, which is the third most in Class 1 behind Thomas Jefferson Independent and North Shelby. The school has never won the state championship, finishing as the runner-up four times, most recently in 2014, when Thomas Jefferson won the state championship in overtime after regulation ended in a 380-380 tie.

Pilot Grove won the small school title at the 2012 NAQT Missouri Qualifier, placing 9th overall out of 32 teams.

Pilot Grove frequently attends SSNCT, and attended HSNCT three times before SSNCT was created in 2014. The school's highest small school finish was at their first HSNCT in 2010, where they finished tied for tenth out of 21 small school teams. Their best finish at SSNCT was in 2014 when they tied for 11th out of 50 teams.
