Generally speaking information, one's user page only needs to exist to get people to your main page (Evan Knox) - that's where things like your infobox would go. In other wikis (e.g. Wikipedia) one would indeed keep this information in their user page, but since this is the quizbowl wiki and the people making pages have their own pages the user page is more or less redundant - just put it all in the main page. For instance, if you were to go to User:Kevin Wang, it actually redirects to my main page.
