The Beall Steall was used at the 2001 Pitt Ironhead trash tournament. Any team that powered two consecutive tossups would receive one half of a printed-out picture of Chip Beall. Once a team acquired a complete picture, it could trade it in for the right to answer the opponent's bonus question and score points as normal.
