The Eastern Pennsylvania Conference is an athletic league composed of 18 high schools located in the central part of eastern Pennsylvania. It includes schools located in Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, and Northampton counties.

The conference sponsors an academic competition league, referred to as "Scholastic Scrimmage," that runs from October to December. There are approximately six matches in the league's regular season, played on Mondays after school hours. Junior varsity matches are played first, followed by varsity matches. The league uses questions from Questions Unlimited, reusing the previous year's varsity set as the current year's junior varsity set.

Regular season matches are played at Parkland High School in Allentown, Freedom High School in Bethlehem, and Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville. The league is composed of three divisions, whose champions, along with a highest-scoring non-champion wild card team, meet in December for a four-team playoff. The winner gets an official Eastern Pennsylvania Conference trophy and medals.
