Farmington High School is a public high school in Farmington, Illinois, which draws students from northern Fulton & western Peoria counties. It competes in Class A, the "small school" division, of the Illinois High School Association's State Championship series.

Farmington competes in the north division of the Prairieland Conference & Peoria Area League.

The Farmers are one of the oldest quiz bowl programs in the Peoria-area and were an early contender in Illinois scholastic bowl through its formative years.

For several years, Farmington "hosted" the IHSA State Tournament. While taking place at technically a neutral venue, the Peoria Civic Center, Farmington was selected by the IHSA to provide student volunteers to help staff the tournament.
