Mexico High School is a public high school in northeast Missouri. Mexico won the MSHSAA State Championship in 2025 in Class 5.

Mexico has been active on the Missouri quizbowl circuit since at least 2010 and first hosted the Bulldog Regional Interscholastic Challenge in 2017.

Following the arrival of Camden Williams in fall 2021, Mexico quickly rose to prominence as one of the most competitive teams in the state. Mexico first attended PACE NSC in 2022, where Camden was the top scoring ninth grader.

Mexico rose to national prominence in the 2022-23 season, ending the season ranked 41st on Groger Ranks. Mexico finished in third place at the MOQBA Fall Championship and second place at WUHSAC, but could not attend the NAQT Missouri Qualifier due to a perennial date conflict with the North Central Missouri Conference tournament. The school qualified for the MSHSAA State Championship for the first time, finishing in third place with losses to Ladue and Sullivan. Mexico finished in 32nd place at the 2023 NSC, where Camden was the #2 individual behind Braden Booth.

The next season, Mexico rarely lost to Missouri teams, amassing a 116 game winning streak during the regular season, including undefeated runs at the MOQBA Fall Championship, WUHSAC, and the 2024 NAQT Missouri Qualifier, which the team was finally able to attend after working with other coaches to convince the conference to hold their tournament on a different day. Junior Andrew Peuster first joined the team in the spring semester and quickly provided significant scoring support. At the 2024 MSHSAA State Championship, Mexico finished the preliminary rounds undefeated, including a 430-200 win over St. Louis Priory, but finished second after Priory won the championship game 460-240. The team finished tied for 34th place at the 2024 NSC and second among small school teams, with Camden Williams leading the field in individual scoring. Mexico ended the season ranked 16th on Groger Ranks.

In the 2024-25 season, Mexico was undefeated against Missouri teams throughout the regular season, only losing to Park Tudor and Fremd in a third place finish at Reinstein Varsity. The team took their first loss to a Missouri team at the 2025 MSHSAA State Championship after New Heights Christian won their round 2 match 470-260. Needing to score at least 250 more points than Webster Groves in the round 3 match to reach the championship game, they won that game with a score of 540-240 to advance to a rematch with New Heights, where Mexico cruised to a 590-210 victory to secure the school's first MSHSAA state title. Andrew Peuster also won the 2025 IPNCT.
