Nikhil Chellam is a current post-doc at MIT and former player for Northwestern, where he completed his Ph.D. in chemical engineering. While at Northwestern, he played on the all-Ph.D. student A team that consistently placed in the top half of the second bracket or bottom half of the championship bracket at every ACF Nationals and ICT from 2021-25. He also played on the Rice team that placed 18th at 2019 ICT Division II. He is still waiting for one of his submitted questions about the history and culture of the Mizo people of India to appear in a Quiz Bowl tournament.
