Raynell Cooper played for Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, MD until his graduation in 2011. He won the 2011 Jeopardy Teen Tournament and was a 2011 National Semifinalist in the National History Bee. He now attends George Washington University in Washington, DC and has been appointed Assistant Director of the National History Bee and Bowl.
He currently hosts "NHBBTV", whose videos are uploaded on NHBB's YouTube channel. Cooper also moderates rounds at nationals for NHBB.
