Easy. Yummy Sandiford. He was a thirteen year old
gang member who got shot in Chicago, and for whatever
reason they put his face on the cover of Time Magazine
for a story about gang violence. Vishnu Jejjala or
some other Maryland player who was writing a round for
an invitational with a current events requirement,
included him as part of a "crime of the week" bonus,
probably in jest, but I was able to get it, since that was
back in like 1993, when I was trying to keep track of
every issue of Time and Newsweek in order to do well at
CBI. Of course, now, I hope, knowing the serial killer
of the month isn't quite so important...
