(to use coherent language) player before the coffee
was spilled - they didn't hate him or her.

I
would say, however, that everyone has a desire to
contribute _something_ - life's sort of pointless if you're
a buzzer rock - and that seeing someone as
imperfect rather than infallible gives you a chance to
contribute something to the relationship - whether that
relationship is as a friend, as a business partner, or as a
teammate.
