their mid-thirties or older, can't. And there's nothing

Oh, my aching ancient
bones. Please allow me to take exception to that
blatantly ageist statement. And to point out that standing
and moderating for 15 rounds or more is incredibly
fatiguing--more so than sitting and playing, as intense as that
can be. How do I know this? I've been on both sides
of the buzzer. And plan on doing it again, playing
or moderating, despite my advanced age. It is true
that many of the ACUI volunteer types are not used to
such a grueling tournament schedule, but interest and
opportunity, not age and ability, are the limiting
factors.
