There has been no change there. If a player is Division
II-eligible before the SCT, he or she remains Division
II-eligible for the ICT, and schools' invitations to the ICT
in either division have never been dependent upon
their attending with the same players.
I don't
myself see that as a situation in need of rectifying,
though I am aware of contrary opinions.
