Eligibility of players for NAQT ICT

In message 8555 of this board, Eric Hillemann of
NAQT writes that "schools' invitations to the ICT in
either division have never been dependent upon their
attending with the same players." Is this freedom
constrained by anything other than the general eligibility
rules at

It seems strange that NAQT does not mention this on
its ICT pages
at
<a href=http://www.naqt.com/ict/2002/ target=new>http://www.naqt.com/ict/2002/</a>
or in its letters to programs that get invited to
the ICT, because if they know that they can send
different players, they might be more inclined to accept an
invitation.
