The fact is, Rob Hentzel and some others associated
with NAQT have been taking another look at what has
been our system, and there may be some alteration made
-- something easier to do before we make a detailed
explanation public than after. Obviously, we need to know
exactly what we're doing any moment now, but this review
is why there is no webpage up already.
Ahmed
asks about the application of won-loss percentage. The
answer is that we apply it intelligently and
appropriately via an adjusted winning percentage, normalized to
assume full round robins. The easiest thing for me to do
is here reproduce an explanation of what that means
that I'd already written. It may be that this approach
will not carry over to what emerges from the current
