I was just referring to the example that was
mentioned earlier in the thread with Huis
Clos...

One more ridiculous example is the case of Roch
Carrier's short story "L'abominable feuille d'erable sur la
glace," which literally translates as "The abominable
Maple Leaf on the ice."

However, it is commonly
translated as "The Hockey Sweater." And then it was
translated back into French as "Le chandail du
hockey."

So of course, all four of these answers should be
accepted: common titles in English and common titles in the
original langauge.
