Minneapolis Community and Technical College, or MCTC (or, as NAQT unusually but understandably insists, "Minneapolis CTC"), is a public community and technical college located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is notable primarily as the first stop on the post-undergraduate career of Rob Carson.
