The Lancaster-Lebanon League is a quiz bowl league formed in 1994 based on the existing athletic conference for high schools from Lancaster and Lebanon counties, Pennsylvania. The league briefly included York County — only ever including York Suburban HS — but, since the 2017-18 season, has reverted back to exclusively Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
