Create nav box with links to the recent tournament result pages for the preceding and following weeks.
Input should be a range of dates separated by a hyphen, canonically those produced by Template:currentweek. This nav will use only the first value and will not validate the dates provided. Future improvements could have it use a single day, since that's all that's really necessary anyways, but that's for another time.
