2026 OAC States
The 2026 OAC State Tournaments were held at Olentangy Berlin High School on May 2, 2026, to determine the Division I and II state champions of Ohio for the 2026 season.
Format
Games were played using the OAC format.
Both tournaments used a double-elimination format, as the state tournaments had in every year since 2019. 16 teams participated in the Division I tournament, while another 8 were invited to the Division II tournament. After a team lost twice, they were placed into a consolation pool with the other teams who lost in the same round, guaranteeing each team at least five games.
Teams were seeded based on a formula that calculated their controllable points per game (CPPG) at Regionals. The top two Division I teams and the top Division II team in each of the four regions automatically qualified for their respective tournaments, and the next eight best Division I teams and four best Division II teams across all regions, by CPPG, would qualify as wild-cards. Teams could not be considered for a wild-card berth until all teams in their division who placed above them in their regional had already received bids. Regional runner-ups could not be seeded above regional champions, and wild-card teams could not be seeded above either.
