Chris Greenwood is a student at Guelph.

High School

Chris attended Lisgar in Ottawa, Ontario, where he joined the Reach for the Top team in 2006. He competed at the 2007 NAQT HSNCT in Chicago, Illinois, and won the 2008 Reach title alongside Nevin Hotson, Jeff Gao, Celia Byrne, and Patrick Liao as a member of 2008 Lisgar. In 2007, he organized the inaugural Lisgar Open.


In 2008, Chris began attending the University of Guelph, where he started the school's quizbowl team. Since then, he has become increasingly active in the promotion of quizbowl in Ontario, especially at the high school level. He has served as lead organizer of the 2009 and 2010 Toronto Winter Invitational, and the 2010 NAQT Ontario Provincial Championships. Chris is an assistant coach for Lisgar, though largely in an advisory capacity. Chris is a member of PACE.


Chris is enrolled in Animal Biology, a pre-veterinary medicine program at the University of Guelph.
