High school
While at Ladue, Jialin was a member of the team that won the 2013 NSC and 2013 NASAT and finished 2nd at the 2013 HSNCT.
In 2014, Ding and teammate Ben Zhang received the MOQBA Award for Outstanding Student Involvement.
