Nolan Dannels is a player for UC San Diego. He has played quizbowl since 2011 and founded the Edinburgh University Quiz Society. He currently acts as the unofficial adviser and coach of North Hollywood High School, his alma mater.

Fun Facts

• At ACF Winter 2024, Andrew Nucci predicted in a match against Nolan that the answer to the next tossup would be "Nikolai Gogol." The answer did turn out to be Nikolai Gogol, and Nolan beat him to the buzzer race.
